Founder
Charlotte was born in sleepy Suffolk and is a country girl at heart. Having graduated from university with a degree in International Marketing with French and Spanish, she moved to London to work for a small boutique recruitment firm. Her passion for recruitment stems from there and she's spent much of her career working for workforce solutions firms, leading their marketing efforts. Charlotte's love of marketing comes from a mix of creativity and a desire to win; after all, great marketing leads to big profits.
She's married and has two daughters, who are her world. "My priority is to be an inspiration to my daughters and show them that they can achieve anything they put their mind to'.
